For any artiste who has idolised someone for being a fantastic teacher , mentor , guru and all round rock star , it is an absolutely surreal moment to perform with and bask in the presence and aura of that wonderful human !
For me there are many such mentors but someone who has given me the love , care and my first ever stage to perform in front of a live audience when I was a young teenager , giving me the confidence to do what I believed in and making sure my Plan A is always so bomb that I don’t very often have to rely on a plan b , is , the ever so gracious , powerhouse performer , phenomenal vocalist , path breaker and change maker ,

Usha maa , as we all (those who she considers her kiddos) fondly call her , and I , will be combining our vocal prowesses and amalgamating that with a fantastic audio visual experience at the very place RANI KOHENUR was born , @kittysuindia !
This is indeed a dream come true because this is the very night club where My drag mother who is also the MOTHER of the performance drag movement in India , Keshav Suri , gave me a stage and said quite casually , “FCK IT UP ! Break the stage , I’ll build a new one ! Do YOUR THING and do it fantastically ! Let them have it ! Let the audience know what’s up “. And THAT IS EXACTLY what I have been doing ever since my debut at KITTY SU , @thelalitnewdelhi !!

My kids @seventeen__sins @valentina_magar0 from the @hauz_of_kohenur and the @hausofsins_ @zoobiiiiiie @harshit._.bisht_ and @diva_sins will be joining us on stage with @mihirsmasquerade to create magicccc !!!
Now imagine how I’m going to give the best performance of my life because my mentor , my drag mother , my kids and THEIR kids are all going to be on stage with me !
That’s 4 generations on stage , on THE stage !
Nobody else could’ve done this in this country !
