I was bullied because of my hair when I was younger. I was called nappy headed, bald, I was told my hair looked like pubic hairs, called a chicken head amongst other things. So I hid my hair under hats and weaves. Wore a wig most of the show because I was told “it would just be easier for everyone”. My hair journey has been tumultuous if I’m being honest. I’ve cut it a billion times, but THIS time, I have loved it while it grew. Loving your hair is essential to its growth. I’ve been wanting to free my scalp for a while, and I am so happy I am! I have never felt prettier 😊😍 Thank you @camillerosenaturals, you’re that girl! (No this isn’t an ad)

(DISCLAIMER: I do not have one of those aesthetic refrigerators, it gets in where it fits in JUDGE YA MAMA) Repeat after me, “WE HAVE FOOD AT HOME!” This is always a cute easy little meal for me after a workout! No shade chipotle, but my burrito bowl is better 🤣😂 I was starving and didn’t have time, and this is always clutch. Always have those staple items in the fridge that you can just throw together! Here’s what I used – Leftover taco meat (ground turkey) it had bell peppers, onions and olives in it. I always just make a big batch of ground turkey to use for various meals in my week! – Black Beans – Wholly Guacamole the chunky kind – Kale Salad (premixed bag) – Mexican Cheese – Tortilla Strips (I like the southwestern kind) – Salsa – Sour Cream (I added a little later on) You also can add dressing if you’d like but I don’t think it needs it! It’s so yummy and it’s not heavy at all! Something light but still filling! Let me know if you already make something like this at home or if you’re gonna try this one! Love yall 💜
