This is the thickest my body has been in two months. I’ve been eating well and sticking to my diet, now at 53 kg, which is my ideal weight for supporting my hormones and overall health.
During my competition in June, I was at 48 kg, but that was tough to maintain and felt like survival mode. This is life, and I’m embracing my body at this weight during my growth phase.
