RIP BEAUTIFUL SOUL ! @them Dylan Gurley, a young transgender woman who would have been 21 years old on August 18, was killed in Texas on July 23. According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, police found Gurley with “traumatic injuries” in a home in Denton, Texas at around 11 p.m. that night where she later died. Her sister, Senica Ciarallo, is currently organizing a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds “to give Dylan the memorial she wanted and deserved.” The funds will go toward urns, bracelets, and necklaces to hold her ashes for those who were closest to Gurley, and the family is additionally planning an event to commemorate what would have been her 21st birthday.
