Changing your body composition is a factor of allowing your body to burn fat rather than glucose (carbs and sugars). To do that, for the most part, insulin must be lower.

Find a protein bar with low sugars and minimal added sugars, complex carbs and lower fats (if you’re doing carbs).

Make your own choices and remember, I never judge – even if you eat the apple pie bar 😂❤️
