Companies will always market to sell. Labels can show net carbs or low sugars but it doesn’t mean that it’s directly healthy for you.

No matter what, the combustion rate of a carb is still 4 cal/gram. No amount of fiber will change that.

CORRECTION TO VIDEO: According to their blog site, Perfect Bars test in the low 20’s for the glycemic index, which qualifies it as a “low glycemic index food.” Blood sugar will still rise but it’s a lot healthier than refined sugar!

At 15g of protein for 300 calories, this is not a high protein food though.
