我以前認為激勵別人最好的方法就是透過我每次努力的演出，
無論是在舞台上、MV中還是戲劇中的角色，
但我發現在聚光燈外，我可以做的事情還有很多！
鏡頭背後我可以直接說，現時要做一個「有自信」並自愛的女人是多麼的困難。
尤其是在社群媒體的影響下，急速的生活節奏、無數的工作壓力，憂鬱/焦慮/比較變得如此普遍，甚至已經成為「常態」。
這個現象非常不健康，我亦不想置之不理。
在娛樂圈工作了17年之後，我希望利用我所獲得的知識、經驗和資源來裝備每一位女性，讓她們成為最好的自己！
要知道你們是多麼有價值、多麼美麗同多麼珍貴的。
我很高興能與我所認識業內最優秀的導師團一起啟動AMIRA有史以來第一個
「Women Transformation Bootcamp」！
我們希望每位同學都能透過這個訓練營踏上一個更認識自己、欣賞自己、愛自己的旅程！

I’m incredibly excited to ANNOUNCE that I will embark on a new adventure as Founder of @AmiraAcademyHK !! 🥳🥳
I used to think the best way to inspire people was doing my best through my performances whether it be on stage, in music videos or my characters in dramas but i realize that there’s so much more that i can do outside the spotlight!
Behind the scenes, i can tell you first hand how difficult it is this day and age to be a “confident” woman and love yourself all the time. Especially with social media, the fast paced life, stressful demands of work, and with depression/anxiety/comparison being so prevalent that it’s become the “norm”. It’s so unhealthy and I don’t want to stand around and do nothing about it.
After 17 years of being in the entertainment industry, I want to use the knowledge, experience and resources that i have gained to equip every woman out there to become the best that they can be! To know how valuable, beautiful and precious you all are. 🥹
I’m so excited to be launching AMIRA’s 1st ever “Women Transformation Bootcamp” with a team of the best instructors i know in the business. Together, we hope that every student can embark on a transformational journey to know yourself, appreciate yourself, and love yourself better!
