Iza Calzado Instagram – Mother Lily, I would like to express my appreciation for all the work you have given me in the 20 years I have been working with Regal Films which include the films Sabel, Sigaw, Eternity, Desperadas, Somebody to Love, Haunted Mansion, White House and your popular franchise, Shake, Rattle and Roll.
So many opportunities that helped me grow and evolve as an artist and helped me build a better life for myself and my loved ones.
Sadly, we did not have a very deep personal relationship. I think I was too young and shy when I was starting out or, perhaps, intimidated by the force that you were.
Luckily, you were kind to me and supportive of me and I will carry that in my heart. I will always remember you with a bright smile on your face, either playing the piano or stretching and moving around saying it is the key to staying young.
As we bid goodbye to you in this earthly form, I know that your spirit shall remain strong in the hearts and minds of movie fans and people in the entertainment industry as your children and, possibly, the generation after continue the work that you have successfully and lovingly championed.
