Izabella Miko Instagram – Here’s some snippets of an interview that I did for @plejadapl and @onet_pl (link in my stories:-) You can hit “translate” if you don’t speak Polish 😘 I talk about my healing journey after Keanu’s passing, God and Church, plant medicine, I talk about what it means to be working in Hollywood as a woman, indecent proposals 😝 and wanting to move out of the city and even possibly US because of what’s happening with this country. I cover it all:-) Mostly I talk about letting yourself feel it all, as humans we define everything as good or bad, but the truth is in the Universe it just IS. God wants to experience Himself/Herself through us and wants to experience it all. Finding beauty in pain and surrendering to it when life requires us to do so will make us move past it faster with great ease, aliveness and yes…appreciation. Feeling everything in the body fully and then letting it go also allows the energy to move through us without getting us sick now or in the future. I’m practicing it all myself right now, trust me…:-)
