Jamie Otis Instagram – We put aside some money for home renovations when we bought our forever home🏡 We initially planned on renovating immediately, but fertility treatments are so expensive.🫣 When we still weren’t pregnant at our move-in date we decided to hold off on using any of that money to remodel juuust in case we need to use it to grow our family.🙏🏼 I’d much rather have a house full of babies over a perfectly renovated and beautifully styled home any day! No questions asked!💯 Sooo our house still isn’t furnished in the formal dining area or the formal living areas. We still haven’t done half of the renovating we had planned, but we are *so thankful* to have the funds to help us grow our family if we end up needing it🙏🏼 We’ve been leaving our trying to conceive process up to God. We are trusting His timing. I promised myself we’d try everything under the sun (and practically have!🤪) to naturally conceive our next baby, but if it doesn’t happen by my 38th birthday then we are going to seek help with fertility from the fertility specialist. We’ve been praying for God to show us if that is the direction He would want us to go or if He has other plans. We plan on having friends over for the Super Bowl this weekend (I got us all matching “I’m cheering for Taylor’s boyfriend T-shirts😜). It’s a wee bit humbling inviting new friends over to your home that is completely empty in the front – but I’m so thankful to have found my kinda people who really don’t judge or care!👏🎉💜 We’ll get to remodeling and furnishings after we get that positive pregnancy test (if we aren’t completely depleted before that)🤪😅 Are you watching the Super Bowl this weekend? Who are you cheering for?? I’m going the chiefs allll the way … I know it’s so annoying to some, but how can you not cheer for the love Tay Tay has with Travis!😍 I’ve gotta root for them!!!🤩 And Doug is the best bc he’s wearing the shirt too!😝😝😝
