Drink-wise, I enjoy a good green tea, matcha, or Kacchi’s turmeric powder sachet to make Jamu! @kacchilondon For those indulgent moments, nothing beats a morning cuppa from Difference Coffee (Hawaiian Kona) @DifferenceCoffee. And, in the evenings, a coupe of Billecart Salmon Rosé @champagne_billlecart_salmon Champagne kicks off the night in style. For the ultimate spirited finish? I love the new tequila in town, Komos Tequila @TequilaKomos. My snacking favorites – Subarashii Kudamono dried Asian pears @SubarashiiKudamono, macadamia nuts from Carpo @carpoworld, Torres Black Truffle potato chips @PatataFritasTorres potato, and the addictive @TheSkinnyPop popcorn. For frozen treats 😍 @LittleMoonsMochi – I’m hooked on the coconut ones, @Bibigo for the best dumplings, and @HackneyGelato – I like their Clotted Cream and Strawberry flavor. Judy Joo Instagram – Indulging in the rain forest’s embrace at @capellaubud’s Api Jiwa, where a culinary journey takes flight in a 10-course feast. Inspired by the essence of Japanese Omakase and the Sanskrit essence of ‘fire to the soul’, 🔥 every dish is a bold symphony of flavors marrying japanese and indonesian ingredients intricately.  @apijiwaubud is an ode to local heritage, crafting a unique experience from seasonal, sustainably-farmed ingredients woven together with the vibrant spices of indonesia. Highlights were the perfected steamed chawanmushi egg custard topped with uni (sea urchin) and a juicy spiced lamb satay with an aromatic balinese dipping sauce. I also loved the handmade steamed bao-esque bun stuffed with the famed roasted pork, babi guling glazed generously in tumeric, anise, cloves, galangal and garlic.  The open kitchen is always entertaining, and you’ll see the skill and care that goes into each dish— especially the robata bbq grill!  All this while overlooking the lush tropical forest of the breath taking Capella hotel.  One of the most luxurious “glamping” hotels ever.  Thank you Chef Nicola Russo for a truly epic and memorable experience. ❤️
