Julia Barretto Instagram – #JoshuaGarcia (@garciajoshuae) and #JuliaBarretto (@juliabarretto) are together again in a new #StarCinema (@starcinema) and #VivaFilms (@viva_films) movie that’s already capturing hearts. Their latest project, #UnHappyforYou, delves deep into the complexities of a couple’s breakup.
In this highly-anticipated reunion movie, Joshua and Julia portray Zy and Juancho, characters whose relationship journey will feel all too familiar but at the same time fresh. As Joshua shared when asked what sets “Un/Happy for You” from other breakup movies, “Kasi ang dami na ring mag-ex na pelikula ‘di ba? So I think ‘yung best answer d’yan is kasi ‘yung gumanap talaga ay mag-ex, right?”
Julia added, piquing viewers’ curiosity, “Is it their story? Or is it Zy and Juancho’s story?” What’s reel and real? Guessing that is part of what makes #JoshLia’s comeback project truly exciting.
Though Joshua and Julia parted ways, their friendship and professional bond remain strong. Their new film beautifully encapsulates healing and acceptance, showcasing their growth as individuals and collaborators. Link in bio!
