Tonight marks the first time a current president and former president have ever debated. Let’s witness history together at 9:00 E.T. on @cnn.
Sen. Bernie Sanders on what President Biden needs to do to reassure voters: “What I think is best is for him to get out there, to talk to people, to do town meetings, to do press conferences and let the people decide. That’s how I think you determine cognitive ability.”
My buddy — and Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer — @nytmills on how he got that unforgettable shot of a bullet flying past Donald Trump’s head, as he stood feet away from the attempted assassination, capturing everything.

Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colo.) said Tuesday night that President Biden was likely to lose re-election. Bennet is the first Senate Democrat to publicly break with Biden, as the president’s allies try to reassure members of their party that Biden should be their presidential nominee. “Donald Trump is on track, I think, to win this election and maybe win it by a landslide,” Bennet said on CNN Tuesday. He added that Republicans could also sweep, and gain control of the Senate and House. Bennet is one of three Senate Democrats who privately said Tuesday that they doubt Biden can beat former President Trump, as we reported earlier. **Mo News uses Snapstream to monitor live video feeds and channels for quick clipping. John Dean, who served as President Richard Nixon’s White House counsel during the Watergate scandal, says he likely wouldn’t have resigned had yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling been in place.
In our interview tonight, Democratic Sen. Michael Bennet warned that he believes President Biden will lose to Donald Trump if he remains on the ticket. “Donald Trump is on track — I think — to win this election. And maybe win it by a landslide and take with it the Senate and the House.” But he stopped short of calling on Biden to drop out, making clear that’s the president’s decision. “I think we could lose the whole thing and it’s staggering to me.”
