Welcome to the family, Goldie girl 🐶 Getting a puppy has been such a growth activator for me. I was already at max capacity for overwhelm and felt like the puppy’s arrival was going to be the straw that broke the camel’s back. The truth is, she is an angel, and it’s only my residual perfectionism tendencies that continue to break my emotional camel’s back 🙄. Surrender in progress!🤪 We lucked out with this incredible pup. I want to give a huge shout out to Julia at @bountifuldoodles who let me come visit the litter and pick the smallest, sweetest girl. She wasn’t anxious at all and had a precious sweetness about her. We decided to go with a breeder because Riley really wanted a red/brown mini goldendoodle. (I know there are so many furry friends that need rescuing…maybe we will rescue a brother or sister for her next.) After we selected her, We sent her to training for two months with @puppystepstraining which was the best decision we ever made. Brad, his wife, and crew of kids, dogs, and beautiful land gave Goldie the most amazing foundation. When we got her at the end of training she was crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, socialized and just had the perfect temperament. Brad actually said Goldie had been his favorite goldendoodle he had ever trained 🤩 I’m so grateful for Brad…he not only trained Goldie, but he trained me how to be a good Alpha dog 🤣 I would say I’ve earned a C in keeping it all up but, hey, we do our best and we find our way. Anyways, that’s the update! For all you fur parents out there, what is your best advice for me as a new dog mama? Especially holistic hacks to keep Goldie healthy and thriving…please share below! 🙏🏽🩵

Rest in AWE and discover that you will always be given exactly what you need. It might not always be what you want as you navigate the cycles, seasons, births, and deaths of your souls journey, but it is exactly what you need to grow into the greatest expression of yourself. Also, awe leads to smiles which lead to a whole lot of joy 😁 What are you in AWE of right now?
Morning musings on my pathway to peace ✌️
Use that irritation, envy, judgment, anger as fodder for growth. Those feelings are like clues shining light on what we’ve kept in the dark about ourselves, highlighting a part of ourselves that we have denied or rejected. And then be grateful for the mirror, the teacher, that has shown up in our life to agitate what’s hidden in our unconscious, in our blind spot, in our shadow. The agitation, irritation, triggering brings to light what needs to be healed, held, accepted. The more we do this, the more compassion we can feel for ourselves, and subsequently, the more compassion we can feel for others. And as we uncover and integrate the parts of us we rejected, the more whole we feel, and the less agitated and irritated by reality we become. We are all just reflective facets of the hologram of humanity. We are ONE. Transmute that irritation, anger, envy, hatred, into understanding, then wisdom, then gratitude 🙏🏽🩵 Tag the person that irritates you below. JUST KIDDING 🤣😜 Gotta keep it light 💫 #carljung #inspiringquote #quote #healing #psychology #heal #personalgrowth #peace #consciousness #love #wisdom
It’s amazing what a regulated nervous system feels like! It’s been a minute because, well, the world is intense right now. I have a lot of tools, but sometimes you need to exit your environment and comfort zone, break your unconscious habits and routine, and sit with yourself long enough (without your “crutches” or “escapes”) and FEEL. And as you start to remove the distractions and distortions, you start to release, rest, and reset🩵🦋 Our bodies are miraculous AND/YET sometimes we need help dropping into parasympathetic and reconnecting to a more sustainable, natural rhythm. Thank you @shawellness_mexico for providing that framework and support with your talented staff, ancient modalities, and latest healing tech. My favorite of the week clearly being the Icarus VR training in slides 2 & 3 🤣 #wellness #healing #shawellness #heal #nervoussystem #peace #retreat #healwithkelly #shesback

Over the next three podcasts which release every Thursday, I sit down with @realrobwergin , @michaelgervais , and @petercrone respectively, and talk about their individual mastery and gifts. We also touch on my personal healing journey with post birth pelvic floor pee problems (5 years later 🥴). I know you might be saying “ewwww!” but it’s a rather fascinating arc which all three guys above play a role mirroring back to me the messages I needed to FINALLY transform the issue! HEALing is a non-linear journey and unique for everyone. But in my experience, with a clear intention and a big dose of surrender, the guidance and support always appears. Stay faithful my friends! 👊🏽🫶🏽 Please subscribe to the @healwithkelly podcast so you don’t miss my remarkable healing process!! And for a chance to win a signed copy of the HEAL book, screenshot your review of the HWK podcast and DM @healwithkelly here on IG and we will pick three winners after the Peter Crone episode is released on August 1st! 📕 #healing #healwithkelly #holistichealing #realtalk #heal #pelvicfloor #running #fopo #mastery #love#freedom

Repost from @yung_pueblo from his latest book, The Way Forward 🩵 Really feeling this quote….I mean, kinda nails it 🎯 #healing #healwithkelly #yungpueblo #selflove #intuition
“The thing that we think we want, is not what we want. We want what we think is on the other side of having it.” 🤯 The Mind Architect @petercrone just sums it all up right here. We can access the experience of what we think we want right here and right now. Which means it’s all in us to begin with. Do you feel as relaxed, content, and peaceful listening to his words and feeling the energy behind them as I clearly do in this clip? 😂☮️ Watch the full episode now on your favorite podcast app! #petercrone #healwithkelly #mindblown #foodforthought #wordsofwisdom
