Kristin Bauer Instagram – Morning beach yoga class. I am hesitant to post my Yoga retreat in Costa Rica as it feels frivolous, but this isn’t how my life always is. And also if it could be or was – or is for anyone who lives in this Eden full time – Good for you! Because there is suffering in the world and frankly, so many wrongs and horrors, and it serves no one for all of us to, as witnesses to the evils, who can’t control it, to also suffer. For most of my life I’ve felt I needed to suffer with my loved ones who were suffering to stay connected to them and I worried that if they weren’t ok, I wouldn’t be. But new chapter so I’m having a glorious week. I’ve dreamed of coming here for so long. And here I am and here it is. 🤷‍♀️ #costarica #yogaretreat
