As yoga and pranayama is big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I do practice both after my first trimester.. Also to be done under the supervision of yoga instructors..
I did yoga, some exercises, swimming,meditation, read some books, listened to some music.. spent most of my time with @darling_krishnaa Romeo.. and my family!

I am so glad I could continue my practice almost through out my pregnancy which helped me keep myself active and sane with all the health and body changes which is inevitable.. 🙏
