🐚 One day you finally knew what you had to do, and began, though the voices around you kept shouting their bad advice– though the whole house began to tremble and you felt the old tug at your ankles. “Mend my life!” each voice cried. But you didn’t stop. You knew what you had to do, though the wind pried with its stiff fingers at the very foundations, though their melancholy was terrible. It was already late enough, and a wild night, and the road full of fallen branches and stones. But little by little, as you left their voices behind, the stars began to burn through the sheets of clouds, and there was a new voice which you slowly recognized as your own, that kept you company as you strode deeper and deeper into the world, determined to do the only thing you could do– determined to save the only life you could save. –Mary Oliver
Winter Mist ….. Years Down The Line, Your Beautiful Face Will Have Wrinkles Fine When Your Eyes Sparkling, Would Have Dimmed Seeing It All Your Once Luscious Lips , Would Have Long Ceased To Give Hearts A Flip Then A Thought Would Cross Your Blurred Mind , In The Evening Of Your, Life Which Will Be Hard To Find , You Would Remember A Face , That Had Adored You, But Lost The Race A Warmth You Would Suddenly Feel , Wounds Would Have Been Buried, But Not Healed Your Aching Arms You Would Stretch , But For You Nothing It Would Fetch For The Love That You Had Once Held In Your Fist Long Time Ago Had Quietly Slipped Into The Winter Mist Lovely poem by my young old friend @nevillebhaskaran

Theatre is my first love. I spent my entire childhood performing in front of family guests, school play competitions, state level plays, commercial plays, mimicry, being an orchestra dancer and performer… But when I moved to Pune for my graduation I couldn’t afford to continue because survival was the main focus. Still I did which was possible with my job. Then when I found a little courage I moved to Bombay to be an Actor but again to survive in a city like Bombay you have to have work. But along with finding commercial work which will support me i still managed little theatre, assisted in Naseer sirs motley group, did some plays with few other wonderful groups. But full time theatre is difficult. Theatre is foundation and it’s beautiful but unfortunately not affordable. Most of the people manage their day to day jobs and do theatre just because they love that space. I wish theatre was promoted or compulsory in schools not just in metro cities but in villages too, I wish theatre folk artist gets livelihood facilities, pensions or some benefits so more n more art, craft , literature and music will be promoted. And artists don’t have to worry about their survival and keep their families secure. I still remember an age old theatre folk artist I met in Aurangabad city many years ago in a xerox center making copies of his certificates. He told me some 1200 rs. month he will get if he submits all this and with a smirk he said I dedicated my entire life on stage but now I am old and helpless. His cloths were torn, face had wrinkles but his eyes were bright. That’s called stage eyes. Some people say theatre has become rich man’s world and one cannot make a career out of it but unfortunately it’s truth ? Is it true my theatre walas ? Hope the theatre world proves me wrong.
Staring in the camera with a straight face and saying lines is not acting Having no makeup look to look intense is not acting Saying lines with punch line effect is not dialogue delivery. Acting is deeper but beautiful, complex and one has to fly in it. Many says not to take it seriously and enjoy the process ( which is also important) but I feel It is more related to your breath so don’t we all take our breath seriously ? You work on it you pay attention to, you don’t take it for granted. Then why take acting for granted? Your inner feelings , your being, your believing and unlearning, your awareness of the spaces your awareness of your body to your inner turmoils is part of your permanence. I am also learning and understanding this process. But that’s the only way to get lost in this unpredictable unimaginable yet imaginable world and find yourself. ❤️
Wrote a love letter to myself. Wrote how special you are and all amazing things. Wrote some reality’s of life. Some of words confused me, some made sense and some made me laugh and some cry and some were bahhhhhhh. Have you written a love letter to yourself? How was your experience?

Making Gudgudi was nothing short of a miracle. 67 rejection emails, 600 odd sleepless nights and countless hurdles later, we finally have a film… And it is making it’s *World Premiere* at the prestigious Oscar and European Awards Qualifying 47th Odense International Film festival Denmark later this month. It is among the only two Indian Films selected under International Competition that features 52 films from a worldwide submission of 4140 films from 40 countries. @odensefilmfestival Congratulations to the team who stood through thick and thin quite literally and made the impossible, possible. @chimmichonga @akirma2002 @fusiformfilms @making_all_things_new_ @neeraj.singh.7355 @calcuttan_ @amitabhbachpan @take2debanjan @rahulriki @_riti_e_ka @kolorobix @adeepsinghmanki @aninditroy @debrupaadhikary @neil_f.e.e.l @aritra.dutta.965 @avirupchatterjee666 @uttam350 @styledbypayel @makeupbyjitu @tusharsarkar4 @iman.chakraborty84 @visualsbyneal @bridgepostworks @aakashsinhaofficial @sharmachetan01 @kuldeepsareen @paawaanagarwl @debaleenasaha09 Special shout out to @rajshri_deshpande for going out of her way and volunteering for this turbulent ride! And thank you @chimmichonga @sabbachpanahai @making_all_things_new_ @akirma2002 for being the pillars that you were. Gudgudi was not possible without you. Also, our deepest gratitude to @massoudabbasi @sumanghosh509 and @aankit_aaditya for joining us and extending your warmth and support. I read somewhere… Fear mirrors Fear, Hate mirrors Hate… Love opens windows. As the world plunges more towards darkness and chaos, I hope we are able to open a window or two, through Gudgudi. Mood when you back to …… you know where 🙃🤣
Schools is the most important step of your child and we give least importance on that. We go what is more convenient for us than the child. Very few percentage actually plan how their child’s growth should be. Not in terms of what he will become but what kind of atmosphere he is getting how much love and care is getting. Its possible if we rework the whole school system, more breathable and beautiful premises for your child to grow, if we push more native language studies, get more evolved and kind teachers and ofcourse a good support system to them, curriculum upgrading ( not politically please ), bestesssst facilities.. and many other important aspects which is not difficult to get it. If we get honest and hardworking educational system who truly cares it’s possible, if we have willpower to take our children to the next level it’s possible, if every parent think that their child should not be just educated but be aware, compassionate, kind, happy and respectful. And this just doesn’t apply for village schools but applies to the urban city schools also. I know I have limited resources but I am trying and going my maximum to make a change. Imagine if each individual pick one village one school then the change will be faster. Hai na ? And when you are doing it let me know I would love to hear your stories and pat your back with love. ❤️ #education #schools #everythingstartswithyou #nextgeneration #awareness #important
Till now team @nabhanganfoundation completed surveying and understanding more than 80 schools means 80 villages in rural marathwada. We will continue to do more n more to understand the on ground situation of villages and mainly educational system for tribal and village children. While researching we understood that some schools have great facilities but kids are getting dropout, some schools are dilapidated with no teachers, some kids not continuing their further education and some schools don’t even exist in the villages. Hoping to get more n more deeper and work towards betterment of our village schools. 🙏 #Farmers #villages #sugarcuttinglabourers #children #education #sustainablesolutions #villageschools #mabhanganfoundation @sagar.thube.90 @kadudaskamble @dattu.jadhav.5477 #rohini #nilesh #akansha
