Sameera Reddy Instagram – It took me 1 year to admit I had a problem . I wasn’t even aware what was happening to me. 4 years ago I stood up on this stage and I spoke publicly about it. And it not only healed me but also made me realise how many women suffer silently . It’s ok to ask for help. It’s a good thing. Especially at a time when the body is going through so many hormonal changes and we are expected to keep up with it all. Motherhood is beautiful but it’s also challenging. #postpartum #depression is real . Let’s talk about it. ❤️‍🩹
