Sarah Lian Instagram – Even though I read the books, listened to the podcasts, and did as much as I could for myself, I noticed that I was still attracting the same kind of experiences in my life. Truth be told, I wasn’t willing to let go some of my coping mechanisms and was not in a healthy place.
It wasn’t until last year when I stopped living in denial and took stock of my life and finally admit parts of myself I didn’t want to face. Confronted with turning 40-a milestone year-and barely happy, it was “acceptance” that helped shift my mindset, my perspectives and wounds of suffering.
It felt like God said to me: You’ve finally learnt what you needed to learn, now we can move on.
In less than 6 months, I found myself receiving all the gifts of life I’ve ever wanted and in a new stage of my life, feeling like the future knows no bounds. Just trust in the process and do the work, the sooner you accept your reality, the quicker your reality will start to shift.
It all feels like a dream.
