Sarah Lian Instagram – Had an amazing chat with a friend recently about how she’s stepped away from her “mistakes” and stepping into new opportunities! It’s such an exciting space to be in because every experience moving forward is an opportunity to learn and grow. I applauded her for having the courage to try and the heart to believe in herself.
I had to hold my head up high with some of my poor choices in life, but I realised that in doing so, it brought me a lot of resilience. To fall and get up again, gave me the confidence to know that I was headed in the right direction. The only person that can get you out of your pain is you.
Don’t get stuck in the messy, use it to move forward.
