Ingredients (serves 4)
Chili
1/4 c diced onion
1/4 c diced bell pepper 
1/2 lb ground turkey 
2 tsp cumin & chili powder
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 bulb roasted garlic 
15 oz canned beans, rinsed
14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes 
Cornbread
1 c cornmeal
1/2 c ap flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c milk
1 egg
4 Tbsp melted butter
1 c shredded cheddar cheese 
2 Tbsp pickled jalapeños, diced

Directions 
In a medium heavy bottomed pot, sauté the onion & bell pepper in olive oil over medium high heat for  2 min.

Add in the turkey, seasonings, and salt & pepper to taste. Sauté for 2 min.

Add in the remaining ingredients. Fill the tomato can with water or broth and pour that in. Gently stir. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for about 30 min.

In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter. Set aside.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar, and baking powder.

Pour the dry mixture into the wet, gently stir to combine, then fold in the cheese and jalapeños.

Make about 3-4 wells into the pot and fill with a spoonful of the cornbread batter. Cover each well with chili.

Pour remaining cornbread batter on top of the chili. Spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Bake in a preheated 415° oven for 25-35 min.

As soon as the chili comes out of the oven, glaze the top of the cornbread with warm honey butter. 

Cool for a couple of minutes then dive in! I like to serve sour cream, hot sauce, & sliced scallions on the side for guests to add if they want. Enjoy my loves 😘

Cornbread with Whipped Tangerine Vanilla Honey Butter 

For Cornbread
1/4 c cornmeal 
1/4 c a.p. flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder 
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 c   2 Tbsp coconut milk
1 egg, room temperature 

For Butter
8 oz unsalted butter, room temp
3 oz (6 Tbsp) of raw honey 
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/4 tsp salt
Zest of one tangerine 🍊 

Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 400°. Place a 6 inch cast iron skillet on a sheet pan & pop it into the oven to get hot.

In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, coconut milk, and egg.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until just combined.

Safely remove the sheet pan from the oven and place on a safe surface. 

Put the 1 Tbsp of butter into the hot skillet and let it bubble & melt down a little.

Pour the cornbread batter into the skillet and immediately place the cornbread into the oven.

Cook for about 18-20 min. Insert a toothpick and when it comes out clean, it’s ready.

For the whipped butter -

In a medium bowl, add in the butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Beat with a hand mixer until well incorporated. About 5 min.

Add in the tangerine zest and mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon.

Scoop a generous amount of the whipped butter on top of the warm cornbread so it melts into the cornbread 😋

Lamb Sandwich 
1 lb ground lamb
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano 
1 1/2 tsp paprika 
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp s&p 
3 cloves of garlic, minced 
2 Tbsp white onion, grated 
Provolone cheese
Sourdough baguette 

Mint Chimichurri 
1/3 c finely chopped mint
2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
Half of a Fresno chili, minced
1 garlic clove, grated
Big splash of white balsamic vinegar 
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil 
Juice of half a lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt to taste

Directions
Slice the baguette in half length wise then cut each half into 3 pieces,  totaling 6 pieces of bread.

Dig out a little bit of bread from each piece making a small well.

Nestle a couple slices of provolone cheese in each piece of bread. Set bread aside.

In a mixing bowl, add in the lamb, seasonings, garlic and onion. Using your hands, combine ingredients well.

Divide the lamb into 6 equal sized balls. Take a ball of lamb and gently press it into the provolone cover bread matching the shape of the bread with a little of the lamb hanging over the edges. Repeat with the rest of the lamb.

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat and add a good drizzle of olive oil.

Sear the sandwiches in 2 batches, lamb side down until golden brown. About 2-3 min.

Flip the sandwiches and cook for another min.

Place the sandwiches in a 350° oven for 3-5 min. 

For the chimichurri, mix all ingredients well in a bowl. I like to make this first or the night before to give the ingredients time to mingle and bloom 😉 

To serve, garnish the top of each sandwich with a big spoonful of the chimichurri and a salad. Place the bowl of remaining chimichurri on the table bc everyone will be going back for more!

Ingredients 
1 1/2 lbs chicken wings
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sriracha salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 c a.p. flour
1 tsp granulated chicken bouillon 
3 Tbsp unsalted butter 
1/2 c your fav hot sauce
1/4 c honey
1 tsp black sesame seeds 
1 tsp white sesame seeds
Avocado oil spray 

Directions
In a large bowl, season the wings with the onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, Sriracha salt, and black pepper. 

Massage spices into the wings thoroughly. Cover and chill for 30 min. Overnight is best.

Remove wings from the frig 30 min before you’re ready to cook.

Whisk together the flour and granulated chicken bouillon. Add wings 3-4 at a time and coat in flour mixture shaking off excess.

Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with the avocado oil spray and place the coated wings in one layer, making sure the wings do not touch each other. Cook the wings in different batches. I have a 5.5qt air fryer so I did 2 batches.

Spray the top of the wings with avocado oil spray then set the air fryer to 380° for 22 minutes. Halfway through cooking, open the air fryer and flip the wings.

While the wings are cooking, make the sauce - In a small sauce pan over medium low heat, add in the butter, hot sauce, honey, and sesame seeds.

Stir to combine. Once the butter has melted, reduce heat to low and cook for about 3-5 min.

Place the cooked wings in a large bowl. Pour on the sauce until it feels good then toss. 

Garnish with chives or scallions and enjoy.

Chef Lovely Instagram - Eat like a King - Glazed Road Runner Wings By Nyanyika Banda

Yields 2-3 Servings

Ingredients 
Brine
1/4 c salt
4 c water

Chicken
1 1/2 lbs chicken wings
2 c vegetable oil

Glaze
2 Tbsp cornstarch 
1 c mango juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
2 tsp tomato paste 
2 pinches crushed red pepper 
Salt and pepper

Directions 

To make the brine - In a small sauce pan combine salt & 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil over high heat until salt is completely dissolved. Transfer to a large pitcher and add 2 cups of cold water.

Place Wings in a deep pan and pour the brine over. Leave the wings in the brine for 30 minutes refrigerated.

Drain wings from brine and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat vegetable oil in a 2-inch-deep cast iron skillet. When the oil begins to pop, using a pair of tongs, place wings one at a time into the oil.

Cook wings until brown on the outside about 10 to 15 minutes.

✨I used the air fryer on 380° for 25 min✨

Remove the wings with tongs and place on a platter lined with paper towels.

For the glaze - In a small saucepan, whisk cornstarch and mango juice until cornstarch is completely dissolved.

Cook over medium high heat, whisking occasionally for 2 min.

Add tomato paste & crushed pepper, cook for another 3 min while whisking occasionally.

Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.

✨I add a tablespoon of butter and another splash of mango juice once off the heat✨

In a large mixing bowl, toss cooked wings in the mango ginger sauce.

✨I put the wings back in the air fryer for 10 more min✨

Ingredients
1/2 lb sashimi grade ahi tuna
1/4 c cucumber, small dice
1/2 small sweet onion, julienne
1/2 avocado, small dice
1/2 mango, small dice

To Taste
Lemon juice
Sriracha 
Soy sauce
Sesame oil

Working quickly, mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Serve in a bowl that’s nestled in a larger bowl of ice to keep the poke cold. 

Garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.

Cardamom Hot White Chocolate 
Serves 1

1 c milk
1/2 c half & half
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
2-3 oz shaved white chocolate 
1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste 
Pinch of salt

✨ Pour milk, half & half, and cardamom in a small sauce pot and whisk to combine.

✨ Place sauce pot over medium low heat. Heat until the milk begins to steam. About 2-3 min.

✨ Take the sauce pot off the heat and whisk in the chocolate, vanilla, and salt until the chocolate is melted.

✨ Carefully pour into your mug and enjoy!

✨ Garnish with marshmallows, peppermint stick, or whipped cream.

This is an earl grey butter cake brushed with a honey & earl grey simple syrup to keep the cake moist and add additional flavor. In between the layers, a blueberry lavender compote. Cardamom Simple Syrup
1 c sugar
1 c water
3 Tbsp crushed cardamom pods

In a small saucepan over high heat, add in all three ingredients.

Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.

When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover & simmer for about 5 min.

Take the saucepan off the heat and cool completely. Pour into a jar with a lid and place in the frig for about 3 days.

Strain and bottle the syrup. This will last in the frig for about 3 weeks 💕

Double Chocolate Crémeux

Ingredients 
1/2 c plus 3 Tbsp whole milk
1/2 c plus 3 Tbsp heavy cream
2 eggs
1 Tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 c dark chocolate, shaved
1/2 c milk chocolate, shaved

In a heat proof bowl whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, and salt until we’ll combined.

Place the bowl over a double boiler and constantly whisk until the mixture reaches 165°.

Remove the bowl from the double boiler and whisk in the vanilla and both chocolates until smooth.

Pour mixture into a shallow dish and cover with plastic making sure the plastic is touching the surface of the mixture. Pop it in the frig for 8 hours. Overnight is best.

Use this deliciousness however you like. An easy and elegant dessert is a scoop of crémeux with fresh berries and a dollop of whipped cream. Serve with a glass of champagne or prosecco.

Ingredients
2 pre-made refrigerated pie doughs
7 oz Aged Castello Havarti Cheese, grated
2 lbs pink lady apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2 inch wedges
1 Tbsp flour
1/4 c white sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
Raw cane sugar, for sprinkling
Apricot jam for glazing

Directions
-Pre heat oven to 350°

-Unroll one pie dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet

-Evenly sprinkle the dough with #Castello Havarti cheese

-Unroll the remaining pie dough and place it on top of the cheese

-Gently press the edges of the dough together to create a seal. Using your hand, gently press down on the dough across the entire surface area

-Place cheese stuffed dough into the refrigerator

-In a large mixing bowl, toss together the apples, flour, sugars, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, and lemon juice until well mixed.

-Take the pie dough out of the refrigerator and pour seasoned apples into the center of the dough leaving a 1 1/2 inch border

-Fold the edges of the dough up and over the apples leaving most of the fruit exposed

-Brush the dough with the beaten egg and sprinkle with raw cane sugar

-Bake for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 min. Transfer galette to a cooling rack and brush the apples with some apricot jam

-Slice and enjoy, my loves!

(For Two)

2 oz sweet vermouth 
2 oz campari
2 oz prosecco 
Orange peel for garnish 🍊 

🍊 Fill your rocks glasses with ice

🍊 Pour equal amounts of the vermouth & campari into each glass

🍊 Top off with prosecco 

🍊 Garnish with orange peel

Chef Lovely Instagram - Shrimp and Veggie Jacket Potato #LoveYouLetsEat

Rub potato with olive oil, S&P. Bake for an hour and 15-20 minutes at 400°.

Slice open and drizzle with melted butter, season with S&P then smear a generous dollop of Boursin on top.

Steam broccoli then toss in butter & S&P.

Sauté 2 handfuls of spinach in olive oil with 1 clove of minced garlic. Add a pinch of red chili flakes and season with S&P.

Sauté bell peppers and onion in olive oil with a small pad of butter. Season with S&P.

Season shrimp with S&P, sear one side of the shrimp in olive oil until you get some color, flip the shrimp over, add in a pad of butter and a big squeeze of lemon juice. Turn off the heat and let stand for another minute.

For the Cajun Parmesan sauce - In a small saucepan over medium high heat add in about 1/2 c of heavy cream, juice of half a lemon, a splash of water, your favorite Cajun seasoning, a pinch of old bay and about 1/4 c of grated Parmesan. Stir and cook until sauce has slightly thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.

Ingredients (serves 4)
Chili
1/4 c diced onion
1/4 c diced bell pepper 
1/2 lb ground turkey 
2 tsp cumin & chili powder
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 bulb roasted garlic 
15 oz canned beans, rinsed
14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes 
Cornbread
1 c cornmeal
1/2 c ap flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c milk
1 egg
4 Tbsp melted butter
1 c shredded cheddar cheese 
2 Tbsp pickled jalapeños, diced

Directions 
In a medium heavy bottomed pot, sauté the onion & bell pepper in olive oil over medium high heat for  2 min.

Add in the turkey, seasonings, and salt & pepper to taste. Sauté for 2 min.

Add in the remaining ingredients. Fill the tomato can with water or broth and pour that in. Gently stir. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for about 30 min.

In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter. Set aside.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar, and baking powder.

Pour the dry mixture into the wet, gently stir to combine, then fold in the cheese and jalapeños.

Make about 3-4 wells into the pot and fill with a spoonful of the cornbread batter. Cover each well with chili.

Pour remaining cornbread batter on top of the chili. Spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Bake in a preheated 415° oven for 25-35 min.

As soon as the chili comes out of the oven, glaze the top of the cornbread with warm honey butter. 

Cool for a couple of minutes then dive in! I like to serve sour cream, hot sauce, & sliced scallions on the side for guests to add if they want. Enjoy my loves 😘

Cornbread with Whipped Tangerine Vanilla Honey Butter 

For Cornbread
1/4 c cornmeal 
1/4 c a.p. flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder 
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 c   2 Tbsp coconut milk
1 egg, room temperature 

For Butter
8 oz unsalted butter, room temp
3 oz (6 Tbsp) of raw honey 
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/4 tsp salt
Zest of one tangerine 🍊 

Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 400°. Place a 6 inch cast iron skillet on a sheet pan & pop it into the oven to get hot.

In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, coconut milk, and egg.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until just combined.

Safely remove the sheet pan from the oven and place on a safe surface. 

Put the 1 Tbsp of butter into the hot skillet and let it bubble & melt down a little.

Pour the cornbread batter into the skillet and immediately place the cornbread into the oven.

Cook for about 18-20 min. Insert a toothpick and when it comes out clean, it’s ready.

For the whipped butter -

In a medium bowl, add in the butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Beat with a hand mixer until well incorporated. About 5 min.

Add in the tangerine zest and mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon.

Scoop a generous amount of the whipped butter on top of the warm cornbread so it melts into the cornbread 😋

Lamb Sandwich 
1 lb ground lamb
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano 
1 1/2 tsp paprika 
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp s&p 
3 cloves of garlic, minced 
2 Tbsp white onion, grated 
Provolone cheese
Sourdough baguette 

Mint Chimichurri 
1/3 c finely chopped mint
2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
Half of a Fresno chili, minced
1 garlic clove, grated
Big splash of white balsamic vinegar 
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil 
Juice of half a lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt to taste

Directions
Slice the baguette in half length wise then cut each half into 3 pieces,  totaling 6 pieces of bread.

Dig out a little bit of bread from each piece making a small well.

Nestle a couple slices of provolone cheese in each piece of bread. Set bread aside.

In a mixing bowl, add in the lamb, seasonings, garlic and onion. Using your hands, combine ingredients well.

Divide the lamb into 6 equal sized balls. Take a ball of lamb and gently press it into the provolone cover bread matching the shape of the bread with a little of the lamb hanging over the edges. Repeat with the rest of the lamb.

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat and add a good drizzle of olive oil.

Sear the sandwiches in 2 batches, lamb side down until golden brown. About 2-3 min.

Flip the sandwiches and cook for another min.

Place the sandwiches in a 350° oven for 3-5 min. 

For the chimichurri, mix all ingredients well in a bowl. I like to make this first or the night before to give the ingredients time to mingle and bloom 😉 

To serve, garnish the top of each sandwich with a big spoonful of the chimichurri and a salad. Place the bowl of remaining chimichurri on the table bc everyone will be going back for more!

Directions
In a large bowl, season the wings with the onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, Sriracha salt, and black pepper. 

Massage spices into the wings thoroughly. Cover and chill for 30 min. Overnight is best.

Remove wings from the frig 30 min before you’re ready to cook.

Whisk together the flour and granulated chicken bouillon. Add wings 3-4 at a time and coat in flour mixture shaking off excess.

Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with the avocado oil spray and place the coated wings in one layer, making sure the wings do not touch each other. Cook the wings in different batches. I have a 5.5qt air fryer so I did 2 batches.

Spray the top of the wings with avocado oil spray then set the air fryer to 380° for 22 minutes. Halfway through cooking, open the air fryer and flip the wings.

While the wings are cooking, make the sauce - In a small sauce pan over medium low heat, add in the butter, hot sauce, honey, and sesame seeds.

Stir to combine. Once the butter has melted, reduce heat to low and cook for about 3-5 min.

Place the cooked wings in a large bowl. Pour on the sauce until it feels good then toss. 

Garnish with chives or scallions and enjoy.

Yields 2-3 Servings

Ingredients 
Brine
1/4 c salt
4 c water

Chicken
1 1/2 lbs chicken wings
2 c vegetable oil

Glaze
2 Tbsp cornstarch 
1 c mango juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
2 tsp tomato paste 
2 pinches crushed red pepper 
Salt and pepper

Directions 

To make the brine - In a small sauce pan combine salt & 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil over high heat until salt is completely dissolved. Transfer to a large pitcher and add 2 cups of cold water.

Place Wings in a deep pan and pour the brine over. Leave the wings in the brine for 30 minutes refrigerated.

Drain wings from brine and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat vegetable oil in a 2-inch-deep cast iron skillet. When the oil begins to pop, using a pair of tongs, place wings one at a time into the oil.

Cook wings until brown on the outside about 10 to 15 minutes.

✨I used the air fryer on 380° for 25 min✨

Remove the wings with tongs and place on a platter lined with paper towels.

For the glaze - In a small saucepan, whisk cornstarch and mango juice until cornstarch is completely dissolved.

Cook over medium high heat, whisking occasionally for 2 min.

Add tomato paste & crushed pepper, cook for another 3 min while whisking occasionally.

Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.

✨I add a tablespoon of butter and another splash of mango juice once off the heat✨

In a large mixing bowl, toss cooked wings in the mango ginger sauce.

✨I put the wings back in the air fryer for 10 more min✨

Caption : Eat like a King – Glazed Road Runner Wings By Nyanyika Banda Yields 2-3 Servings Ingredients Brine 1/4 c salt 4 c water Chicken 1 1/2 lbs chicken wings 2 c vegetable oil Glaze 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1 c mango juice 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced 2 tsp tomato paste 2 pinches crushed red pepper Salt and pepper Directions To make the brine – In a small sauce pan combine salt & 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil over high heat until salt is completely dissolved. Transfer to a large pitcher and add 2 cups of cold water. Place Wings in a deep pan and pour the brine over. Leave the wings in the brine for 30 minutes refrigerated. Drain wings from brine and pat dry with paper towels. Heat vegetable oil in a 2-inch-deep cast iron skillet. When the oil begins to pop, using a pair of tongs, place wings one at a time into the oil. Cook wings until brown on the outside about 10 to 15 minutes. ✨I used the air fryer on 380° for 25 min✨ Remove the wings with tongs and place on a platter lined with paper towels. For the glaze – In a small saucepan, whisk cornstarch and mango juice until cornstarch is completely dissolved. Cook over medium high heat, whisking occasionally for 2 min. Add tomato paste & crushed pepper, cook for another 3 min while whisking occasionally. Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper. ✨I add a tablespoon of butter and another splash of mango juice once off the heat✨ In a large mixing bowl, toss cooked wings in the mango ginger sauce. ✨I put the wings back in the air fryer for 10 more min✨ #LoveYouLetsEat #WakandaForever @blackpanther @marvel

Cardamom Simple Syrup
1 c sugar

In a small saucepan over high heat, add in all three ingredients.

Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.

When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover & simmer for about 5 min.

Take the saucepan off the heat and cool completely. Pour into a jar with a lid and place in the frig for about 3 days.

Strain and bottle the syrup. This will last in the frig for about 3 weeks 💕

It’s incredibly stable which means you can use this on EVERYTHANG! Brownies, cupcakes, French toast, tarts, macarons, cakes, cookies.. Or serve it as a dessert on its own 😋 #LoveYouLetsEat

Double Chocolate Crémeux

Ingredients 
1/2 c plus 3 Tbsp whole milk
1/2 c plus 3 Tbsp heavy cream
2 eggs
1 Tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 c dark chocolate, shaved
1/2 c milk chocolate, shaved

In a heat proof bowl whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, and salt until we’ll combined.

Place the bowl over a double boiler and constantly whisk until the mixture reaches 165°.

Remove the bowl from the double boiler and whisk in the vanilla and both chocolates until smooth.

Pour mixture into a shallow dish and cover with plastic making sure the plastic is touching the surface of the mixture. Pop it in the frig for 8 hours. Overnight is best.

Use this deliciousness however you like. An easy and elegant dessert is a scoop of crémeux with fresh berries and a dollop of whipped cream. Serve with a glass of champagne or prosecco.

-Place cheese stuffed dough into the refrigerator

-In a large mixing bowl, toss together the apples, flour, sugars, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, and lemon juice until well mixed.

-Take the pie dough out of the refrigerator and pour seasoned apples into the center of the dough leaving a 1 1/2 inch border

-Fold the edges of the dough up and over the apples leaving most of the fruit exposed

-Brush the dough with the beaten egg and sprinkle with raw cane sugar

-Bake for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 min. Transfer galette to a cooling rack and brush the apples with some apricot jam

Rub potato with olive oil, S&P. Bake for an hour and 15-20 minutes at 400°.

Slice open and drizzle with melted butter, season with S&P then smear a generous dollop of Boursin on top.

Steam broccoli then toss in butter & S&P.

Sauté 2 handfuls of spinach in olive oil with 1 clove of minced garlic. Add a pinch of red chili flakes and season with S&P.

Sauté bell peppers and onion in olive oil with a small pad of butter. Season with S&P.

Season shrimp with S&P, sear one side of the shrimp in olive oil until you get some color, flip the shrimp over, add in a pad of butter and a big squeeze of lemon juice. Turn off the heat and let stand for another minute.

For the Cajun Parmesan sauce - In a small saucepan over medium high heat add in about 1/2 c of heavy cream, juice of half a lemon, a splash of water, your favorite Cajun seasoning, a pinch of old bay and about 1/4 c of grated Parmesan. Stir and cook until sauce has slightly thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.
