Caption : La vida tiene una manera de cerrar ciclos. 🌟 Gracias al programa de becas de Yellowbrick , tengo la gran dicha de inscribirme en las certificaciones de Film/TV Industry Essentials y Performing Arts Industry essentials de @nyuniversity ! 🎬✨ Cuando estaba en escuela superior, adquirí una beca para estudiar coreografía en NYU, pero múltiples cirugías cardíacas me impidieron seguir ese sueño. Mi corazón necesitaba cumplir una educación en la escuela de mis sueños. Desde la pandemia, aunque he hecho al menos 1-2 películas al año, mi carrera se sentía estancada. Empezar de nuevo con estos cursos me da la oportunidad de reconstruir la confianza en mis capacidades, aprender cosas nuevas y fortalecer mi pasión por la industria. Caption : No puedo creer que han pasado 9 años de haber tomado esta foto. Este día me entregaron uno de los premios que ganamos. Este es mi Dream Team. @elijahali2.0 me escribió un día y me dijo que le encantaría que leyera un corto que estaba desarrollando con @cjlozada titulada El Gran Elefante. Después de leer esta pieza, dije que si inmediatamente. Fue sin duda alguna, una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en mi carrera. Tuve el privilegio de hacer este corto con amistades que amo y admiro. Hicimos un proyecto que llegó hasta Cannes, Cinefiesta, entre otros muchos festivales. Ganamos múltiples premios, entre ellos 4 por Mejor Actriz. Tuvimos una distribución sin igual y celebramos en grande el fruto del amor que le invertimos a esta producción. Esta fue la primera de 3 producciones que hicimos en equipo. This day they gave me one of the prizes we won. This is my Dream Team. @elijahali2.0 wrote to me one day and told me that he would love for me to read a short film he was developing with @cjlozada titled The Great Elephant. After reading this piece, I said yes immediately. It was without a doubt, one of the best experiences I have had in my career. I had the privilege of making this short film with friends that I love and admire. We did a project that reached Cannes, Cinefiesta, among many other festivals. We won multiple awards, including 4 for Best Actress. We had an unparalleled distribution and we greatly celebrated the fruit of the love we invested in this production. This was the first of 3 productions we did as a team. Caption : Este fue el regalo de cumpleaños que mi hermano me hizo. No saben lo que significa para mi. Quien me conoce, sabe que lloré como niña de 5 años. Mi hermano Elliot @captaineeeehhh y yo, aunque nos amamos mucho, no hablamos tanto como quisiera que habláramos. Y aunque poco conversemos, siempre estamos presente al segundo que necesitamos estarlo para apoyarnos mutuamente. Este mes pasado fue duro para nosotros como familia. No pude celebrar mi cumpleaños, pues estábamos manejando la transformación de mi tía. Cuando ya había olvidado mi cumpleaños del todo, mi hermano me envió esta foto. La vida es efímera y a veces en el caos de la vida, olvidamos sacar tiempo y energía para conectar con quienes más amamos y dar gracias por las cosas que son importantes.
