Caption : When I started my 1st bilingual show “Franglais” in January 2016, a lot of people said it wouldn’t work, but something inside of me believed it would, so I decided to give it a shot. I toured the show for 3 years and it went pretty well, so, in 2019, I decided to write a 2nd bilingual show “So British Ou Presque” and again toured for 3 years (with an interruption from a global pandemic). Somehow, the audiences were even bigger for this second show, so, at the end of 2022, I wrote my 3rd and final bilingual show “Bisoubye”. After a 12-month world tour in 20 countries, I ended the show last weekend at home in Paris in front of a sold-out crowd at the Zénith. As I’m writing this, I still don’t really understand how all of this happened, but thank you! Thank you to every person who bought a ticket to come and see me live over the past 8 years. Thank you @fannyjourdan and your team at @tcholeleproductions, past and present for believing in my vision. Thank you to all the comedians that opened my shows. Thank you to all my light and sound designers that toured with me and the hundreds of local technicians that assembled and disassembled my stages. Thank you to all the theatres, venues and local promoters that allowed me to perform. Thank you @adam.crosbie for quitting your job at Apple and agreeing to become my manager last year. Thank you Adeline for putting up with me for 15 years, for quitting your job in law to run our production company and for raising our daughter while I’m away. Finally, thank you Mum & Dad for making me who I am today. It’s been an amazing bilingual chapter of my career. Now onto the next chapter! 📸: @laurag_photoLikes : 4486

Caption : NO BULLSHIT ENGLISH! I’ve had this idea in my head for years now: to teach French people English by unteaching them English. There are so many wrong anglicisms in the French language that I wanted to unteach 1 word per episode. The problem: it costs a lot of money to produce but thanks to the financial help of @tyrrellsfrance, the production skills of @studiobagel and the support of @canalbrandfactory we were finally able to make a pilot episode that we released 1 week ago. The feedback has been amazing so far. Over 600K views across all social media and it seems like you want more episodes! I would love to turn this into an actual series, so let’s see what happens and how well this pilot performs🤞🏻🇬🇧🇫🇷Likes : 3605

Caption : 2021 – Honestly, I’ve felt like shit for most of this year, but, by looking back through my photos, I realised that there have been some pretty amazing moments along the way. If you’re also feeling like 2021 was shit, I encourage you to do the same – it helps. 🎟 So British Ou Presque – I managed to do 22 of the postponed shows from 2020. I still have 7 left and the highlight was 2 sold-out shows at @legrandrex. 🎙Happy Hour Live – I created a live podcast chat-show on YouTube and did 40 episodes with some amazing guests. My favourite episode was my birthday special with @rollyassal live at the @barbes_comedy_club 🎧God Save My English – My friend @sarahdcomedy and wrote and recorded our 3rd and final season of our @audible Original series for learners of English 🍷Routes Des Vannes – When the theatres were closed, I went on a comedy road trip with some friends in the South of France to tell jokes at wine domains in the open air. 🪂Egypt Skydive – I went to Egypt for the first time and jumped out of a military aircraft with @gregcrozier.airwax, @karinejoly.airwax, @ewan_cowie_photography and @yovness_. 🇬🇧Trip to England – In between lockdowns and travel restrictions, my wife and I finally managed to take our daughter to her other country to try some real fish & chips! Happy New Year everyone! See you in 2022.Likes : 2379
