I love my bike but a bit of a scaredy cat on the roads. Love though, the Thames River Path – 298km from the Cotswolds to Southend on Sea but we just did the bit between Kew and Richmond!!
Dad is proof you never forget how to ride a bike, now wants to go again!!
Doing things with Dad (91) has taken years off him – I don’t think we would have so many age related hospital visits if money was spent wisely in the community.
