We can get buried by the weight of all our negative stories. The problem is… most of them are lies.
“You can’t, you shouldn’t, you’re this or that…”
These are the voices of illusion.
They are not you.
And they’re not true.
I mean, what if finding a path toward enlightenment means… you just have to let the light in. Sound easy?
Actually, I think it can be terrifying because the light will illuminate your shadow. That’s okay, that’s kind of the point. Be brave. We can do it. We’re strong enough to look at what we’ve yet been unwilling to see.
The old stories will fight hard against your attempts to prove them wrong.
But love is the answer, love is the way.
Love them into truth.
…until the shadow becomes the light.
