We had an initial fitting mid August with the original runway dress. We were confident it would work however upon making a few alterations everyone realized the fit just wouldn’t be right. The dress was scratched and the decision was made to start over with new fabric that kept the intentions of the original dress. The Thom Browne team worked overtime to make it come together and I am so very thankful. I had envisioned something classic yet modern for the jewelry. A take on pearls somehow that complemented the dress without fighting with it. I found this vintage ring from @brionyraymondnewyork and knew immediately that it felt right. That was the piece. The rest fell into place with the shoes and bag in a shade called snowfall from @louboutinworld I very much wanted to be by Carrie’s side for the evening but it just wasn’t possible. Thankfully I had the incredible @cameroncipolla who acted as my hands and eyes and went above and beyond. So grateful to you Cam!
