The other day, one of our trainers told us to invite someone to camp, because it wasn’t an over exaggeration to say it could change their lives. I know for a fact it’s not an over exaggeration because it HAS changed my life. I came for some of the hardest workouts that challenge me not just physically, but mentally. I stayed for the most amazing community I’ve ever been a part of. Join me in camp because RIGHT NOW, @burnbootcamp is offering an insane deal. This is the perfect time for you to try a location near you and find something more than you could have ever hoped for! Link in my stories to find your nearest location! Time to take some time for you🫶🏻💪🏻

Reflecting on this summer, I’ve had the incredible honor of immersing myself in two of my greatest passions: supporting the USA swim team in Paris and raising awareness for Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD), a condition that deeply affects my family. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to discuss these passions and support the work @otsuka_us is doing to educate and care for those living with kidney health issues. For anyone living with ADPKD or who has a family history of the condition, I encourage you to visit DiveIntoADPKD.com to learn more and initiate a conversation with your doctor. #sponsored #ADPKD #familyhealth August 2024 10US24EUC0030

Hearing @alitruwit’s story was truly inspirational and heartwarming. She is one of the many paralympians competing starting TOMORROW!! Tune in to the episode, and join us in cheering them on! Audio and video out everywhere NOW!
In this episode, Katie and Missy dive into one of the most inspiring stories we’ve had on the show: Ali Truwit. They discuss Ali’s journey since she lost her foot and a part of her leg to a shark attack, her time swimming at Yale, and what it was like to make the 2024 Paris Paralympic team less than a year after her life-changing experience.
Who knows who this week’s guest is? 👀 Audio and video out tomorrow at 6am CT
