Nandita Das Instagram – It’s been 15 years since Before the Rains was released in India and longer since it premiered at the @tiff_net. It was a memorable experience to shoot with @sivan_santosh and the cast – @rahulbose7, #linusroache and others.
Through such films I have seen so many hidden gems of India. This was shot in Munnar in Kerala and stunningly by Santosh who has a very unique lens through which he sees his images, his characters and his story unfold.
