Tamarind & Wasabi Mescal Old Fashioned (aka The Shahana Old Fashioned) 🥃🐲- a classic with an Indo-Japanese twist 😉
🐲Ingredients
•60ml mescal
•30ml wasabi tamarind syrup *
•ice cubes
•Wasabi powder for garnish
•Creole bitters (I would personally have liked to add bitters to Shahana’s drink but they’re really hard to source! So if you have them at home, add creole bitters for more depth of flavour!)
🐲Method
•rim a glass with wasabi powder
•Add ice to a mixing glass
•Add mescal, tamarind & wasabi syrup and stir well for 20 seconds
•Strain and pour into an iced glass
•Enjoy!
