After trying to play Beni Vur on guitar in my living room, to singing it with Eirik on tour, I decided I wanted to release a cover recording of the song singing in Turkish. ‘Beni Vur’ – Resa Saffa Park version, will be out next Friday❤️

My cover of Ahmet Kaya’s ‘Beni Vur’ (Shoot Me) is out now. I fell in love with the song through Deniz Tekin’s cover. ‘Beni Vur’ began to mean a great deal to me, and I’ve come to understand that it’s a song that means a lot to many. Thank you @dapheadizh for introducing me to this beautiful piece. I hope people will like this version too, and that my Turkish pronunciation isnt too bad.
