She was leading worship in small store front churches in ways that are normal now, but virtually unheard of back then. She was ministering on local access cable television before YouTube. She endured a lot of jealousy and rejection by those who didn’t understand what God was doing and where things were headed. She dreamed BIG on welfare. She declared BOLDLY in uncertainty… and decades later, stood on the red carpet of her son’s national movie release in New York City. There’s a scene in Domino Revival where she looked into the camera and said, “to the single moms watching— DREAM BIGGER”. People will never know the audacity of that statement. To my mother named Moses, thank you for getting us out of Egypt. ❤️🙏 I honor you.

You might even think it’s a “mess” depending on your distance— but when you get far enough away, the blur turns into beauty. This is how life is! You can’t see what the master artist (God) is creating in and through you. It seems to chaotic, it seems to random, but I dare you to take a step back in prayer and look at the whole picture! The pain, the trauma, the mistakes…it’s all working together, being blended by the master artist. The light and the shadow create depth. Mike Signorelli Instagram - I’m part of the last generation that had a childhood free of the internet, roaming freely through urbanized Indiana. My mother expected me home before dark, and that was it. This kind of childhood seems alien today. But it worked. Life wasn’t always as complicated as it is now. Today, we are bombarded with messages promising wealth and fulfillment with a few clicks, leading to confusion and paralysis. As the number of voices in our lives increases, so does the chaos, making it difficult to commit to the singular aim of our existence in Christ. As a child, I was fed empowering messages, convinced that all I had to do was take my vitamins and say my prayers to achieve life’s accomplishments. By my twenties, I had achieved the “American dream”, but soon after, I experienced an intense emotional and mental breakdown. Secular humanism drove me to transcend my childhood poverty, but this belief also led to a descent into madness as I realized that human efforts alone couldn’t fulfill me. Raised in a Christian home, I believed Jesus’ role was to empower my humanistic efforts. This faith in self led to a chaotic life, standing amid achievements that didn’t fulfill me. The failure wasn’t a lack of effort but accomplishing the wrong things for the wrong reasons. Many people, like me, chased status and achievements, only to starve their souls and come up empty. I spent much of my life striving for what the cross of Christ had already won. My identity was determined by Christ, a gift to be received, not a reward to be earned. In diagnosing my chaos, I realized I wasn’t working for Jesus; I was trying to make Him work for me. True identity comes from God, not from our jobs or achievements. Socrates said, “The unexamined life is not worth living.” However, no amount of self-examination gives purpose. It requires encountering God and shedding old mentalities, pain, and the expectations of others to walk in God’s approval. This is your sign to stop striving and give everything to Jesus!

In the midst of the rapid secularization, I keep hearing the phrase, “the faithful minority”. These will be the ones that operate in multiple gifts at once. God will “multiply the gifting of the minority”. They are receiving an extraordinary amount of ministry grace in the form of function! They will suddenly be able to solve problems that they have not been able to solve. They will be able to accomplish assignments that were previously more difficult. I heard the Lord say that he is giving the “right tool for the job”. Believers have been using a general gift for a specific task, and now they will receive specialty giftings, specialty anointings. I see ministers flowing in multiple gifts, even seemingly unrelated gifts. They will carry favor in government, equally with church. They will flow in entrepreneurship, equally with artistry. Many believers in Switzerland will say, “how will I know I’ve received?” The Lord showed me that DEMAND will draw it out. Necessity will draw it out, just like the first Swiss Army Knife. When it’s needed, it will be opened. Some will even see gifts they’ve been using for seasons suddenly retract and new giftings come to the forefront. People who’ve put their identity in old gifts will cause resistance to the new gifts being released. Remember, you are a knife, not the individual tool. You carry more than just one blade. I heard the Lord say to the Swiss Army Knife’s “STAY OPEN” and I will open you now in ways that will reveal my Glory!

My mother expected me home before dark, and that was it. This kind of childhood seems alien today. But it worked. Life wasn’t always as complicated as it is now. Today, we are bombarded with messages promising wealth and fulfillment with a few clicks, leading to confusion and paralysis. As the number of voices in our lives increases, so does the chaos, making it difficult to commit to the singular aim of our existence in Christ. As a child, I was fed empowering messages, convinced that all I had to do was take my vitamins and say my prayers to achieve life’s accomplishments. By my twenties, I had achieved the “American dream”, but soon after, I experienced an intense emotional and mental breakdown. Secular humanism drove me to transcend my childhood poverty, but this belief also led to a descent into madness as I realized that human efforts alone couldn’t fulfill me. Raised in a Christian home, I believed Jesus’ role was to empower my humanistic efforts. This faith in self led to a chaotic life, standing amid achievements that didn’t fulfill me. The failure wasn’t a lack of effort but accomplishing the wrong things for the wrong reasons. Many people, like me, chased status and achievements, only to starve their souls and come up empty. I spent much of my life striving for what the cross of Christ had already won. My identity was determined by Christ, a gift to be received, not a reward to be earned. In diagnosing my chaos, I realized I wasn’t working for Jesus; I was trying to make Him work for me. True identity comes from God, not from our jobs or achievements. Socrates said, “The unexamined life is not worth living.” However, no amount of self-examination gives purpose. It requires encountering God and shedding old mentalities, pain, and the expectations of others to walk in God’s approval. This is your sign to stop striving and give everything to Jesus!

Today, we are bombarded with messages promising wealth and fulfillment with a few clicks, leading to confusion and paralysis. As the number of voices in our lives increases, so does the chaos, making it difficult to commit to the singular aim of our existence in Christ. As a child, I was fed empowering messages, convinced that all I had to do was take my vitamins and say my prayers to achieve life’s accomplishments. By my twenties, I had achieved the “American dream”, but soon after, I experienced an intense emotional and mental breakdown. Secular humanism drove me to transcend my childhood poverty, but this belief also led to a descent into madness as I realized that human efforts alone couldn’t fulfill me. Raised in a Christian home, I believed Jesus’ role was to empower my humanistic efforts. This faith in self led to a chaotic life, standing amid achievements that didn’t fulfill me. The failure wasn’t a lack of effort but accomplishing the wrong things for the wrong reasons. Many people, like me, chased status and achievements, only to starve their souls and come up empty. I spent much of my life striving for what the cross of Christ had already won. My identity was determined by Christ, a gift to be received, not a reward to be earned. In diagnosing my chaos, I realized I wasn’t working for Jesus; I was trying to make Him work for me. True identity comes from God, not from our jobs or achievements. Socrates said, “The unexamined life is not worth living.” However, no amount of self-examination gives purpose. It requires encountering God and shedding old mentalities, pain, and the expectations of others to walk in God’s approval. This is your sign to stop striving and give everything to Jesus!
