[ present ] the now. the only time that’s reality. Anything else is a memory or your imagination. This fact helps me so much whenever I have anxious thoughts. I remember that when we feel anxious, it’s coming from us projecting the past onto the present. Things that aren’t actually happening right now, just before. And from there I breathe, move my thoughts to the present, and open myself up to new outcomes. I like to say to myself “what’s the best that can happen? I can’t wait to see what God shows out and does” instead of any other negative thoughts. Anyway, just sharing🫶🏽 Perhaps someone else will find this helpful.
