Pictured: me doing a very good job modeling a #JBStink shirt which I like —thank you @jarrett_sleeper — a sweater I maybe should have spent $150 on but didn’t, a swing at Hutton Brickyards as captured by @katmburns, a BMW Isetta (a top tier automotive), more upstate with Kat Burns for the wedding of @mckenzieblairrollins & @joshdmeyers, during which your podmother and I wept so much, Jarrett receiving nightvision as a bday gift from a bunch of us to fulfill his lifelong dream of lurking in forests, the #PumpkinBlaze in CT with family/hooligans, camping in our driveway, a #nightjar in the yard, finding the exact military surplus shoes I had in highschool on ebay and I want to kiss them, moderated a panel in NYC during UN Climate Week for @wildlifejustice_official and learned about the pangolin trade in Nigeria, Jarrett fell asleep in a cab, learning that the Anxiety character in Inside Out 2 likes stripes and tea and has a fountain of unkept red hair, getting quality time with @commanderscraps while @simonegiertz left town, and finally getting up at 5am to return home wearing a Snuggie under my winter coat because it wouldn’t fit back in my suitcase. Not pictured: the wonderful wedding of @aliceramshaw & @mike.natter, the pair of owls that swoop over our deck at dusk, the massive amount of green tea bags and emergen-c packets I travel with.
