I’ve been on my health and fitness journey for three weeks now, and I absolutely love it here💅🏽💪🏽 I’ve lost 12 pounds, and I’m incredibly proud of myself. I used to be the girl who ate her feelings—whether I was sad, happy, or celebrating, it was always about FOOD nom nom 😂 My relationship with food and social drinking, was toxic, and I knew I had to make changes because I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror, felt like I was spiraling, and my cellulite was out of control. Today, I’m overjoyed to say that my relationship with food is a lot better. I now have self-control and no longer eat my feelings. I’ve been working out at home, hitting the gym, playing pickleball, doing Pilates, and most importantly, I’ve been spending time in my Bible🙏🏽 To anyone with goals, remember that the journey is just as important as the destination. Take it one step at a time, celebrate your small victories, and don’t be afraid to seek support and guidance. Believe in yourself, stay consistent, and most importantly, be patient. Change takes time, but with dedication and faith, you can achieve anything. Keep pushing forward and trust the process.
