Ray BLK Instagram – 2 weeks ago, 11 incredible women joined me and @gymshark for a self defence class to celebrate women who’ve found their courage and inner strength, and toast to my new EP A Forest Fire 🌱🔥 We had SUCH an empowering morning sharing our stories, and learning how to use our power. Thank you to the amazing charity @sistahspace_ and the service users who joined us in the class, and those who entered the competition, it was really a blessing to meet those that your music reaches!!
