Shaylee Mansfield Instagram – When I go to an appointment or a meeting like this one, video relay interpreter (VRI) is not always the best solution for Deaf people for several reasons: 1) It does not see everything (like my sister is off the screen). 2) When wifi disconnects, VRI disconnects or freezes. 3) The set up is awkward.
