Jaime Winstone Instagram – The Phoo Action: Silver Jubilee book includes a fabulous double gatefold photo montage by Donald Milne, a photographer known for his iconic work with The Face magazine in the 90s. During the pilot shoot, Milne captured stunning portraits of Jaime Winstone as Whitey Action, Eddie Shin as Terry Phoo, along with the extras, and the creature FX Freebies gang.
Milne and Wakeham had always intended these portraits to be assembled into a single, striking photo collage. But with the cancellation of the series, that vision was shelved, until now. For the Silver Jubilee, we’ve finally brought this creative dream to life, showcasing this incredible montage in all its nightclub glory.
It’s a celebration of the cast, the creatures, and the creative chaos that made Phoo Action so unique. Before comics and TV became comfortable bedfellows, Phoo Action took a wild swing at bringing underground graphic novel storytelling to the screen.
