CA Palak Rathi Instagram – I was at the Amazon Smbhav Summit 2024!
In a rapid-fire chat, I was asked:
Describe Amazon Smbhav Summit in one word. Without a second thought, I said: Energetic.
The energy of ideas, the energy of conversations, and the sheer entrepreneurial spirit filled every corner of the Summit.
One thing that truly stood out was the crazy ecosystem (@sellersofamazon) Amazon has created for sellers. From Amazon Saheli to Amazon Bazaar, Amazon Kisan, Amazon Kaarigar, and so many more verticals I hadn’t even heard of before. It was super refreshing to witness the scale and vision Amazon is working towards.
I also had the opportunity to interview industry leaders like Kanwaljit Singh, Harshil Salot, and Deepti Varma. During one of the conversations, Deepti mentioned something that stuck with me: As the name goes, Smbhav. If you set your mind to it, anything is Sambhav. That’s the kind of inspiration that this platform celebrates.
The panel discussions, including those featuring @boatxaman, @vineetasng, @thevarunmayya – were also equally insightful.
I remember I had come across a couple of posts from other creators at this Summit last year. I remember thinking, What’s this all about? And this year, being part of it myself was incredible.
Amazon Smbhav was truly a celebration of Indian entrepreneurship. Already looking forward to next year!
