This season can be emotional, specially if you are alone or dealing with grief. I have been there! I want to remind you that being happy is a choice. You chose it, it doesn’t just happen to you. There are many tools you can use to reach peace and serenity: Therapy, meditation, spirituality, sports, music, dancing, writing…. What lifts you up ? Come on you know the answer, what are your tools?…… DO IT NOW! Just do it now….. As my life coach one said: KILL THE MONSTER WHILE ITS STILL SMALL…. It’s in your hands, you can do it….no one is meant to be sad, it’s a choice, so refuse it, push it away, say no to it and use your tools against it and get up NOW, not tomorrow not later, NOW‼️
