I’m really proud to be a @crisis_uk ambassador and volunteering with them again this Christmas reminded me yet again how brilliant they are. Over the years I’ve gotten to know (and greatly admire!) the staff and volunteers who selflessly spend their Christmases there, providing a friendly and safe environment to those who need it the most. Homelessness is still on the rise in the UK ( lack of affordable housing/ evictions/ cost of living) Out of those homeless (and that includes unfit and temporary accommodation) 161,000 are children. No one should have to spend Xmas without a home. Crisis do such an incredible job of campaigning for the changes needed to solve homelessness, but they need your help and support.
