Gurbani Judge Instagram – It’s funny how over time so much changes,
yet a few foundational things remain unchanged-
like my love and appreciation for training, the lift life.
I’ve tried many times since my early 20’s to articulate how grounding & centering training is for me. An essential part of my daily routine. Like brushing your teeth. More so than ever during challenging times (which still continue to this day 🥹😂).
It’s taught me to ‘control what I can control’ – to be responsible for myself, to stay accountable. Even when people don’t show up, or things don’t go according to plan –
to show up for myself and stay the course.
I’m so thankful for it.
I hope more people find the thing that makes them feel this way too.
And for those on a similar path, you’re not alone.
