Now that I exercise for my mental and physical health instead of trying to be a certain size, I find so much joy in moving my body. It’s like a cute lil’ partnership between my brain and my body doing what we know is good for us. 😁

Today this baby is 12 years-old. Being a mother has made me dig deeper, work harder, and love bigger. I am not solely defined by being a mother, but being this kid’s mom will always be one of the greatest gifts of my life. Happy Birthday Birdie ❤️

In a flurry of promo events I was able to catch the last 5 minutes of the premier with this gem of a human and his friends last night. One of my best friends from high school sent me this picture today. I was 16, graduating high school, and wanted to let her parents know how much my time at her home and family cottage meant to me.
