Misha Ghoshal Instagram – Monday motivation – i joined a gym almost after 7yrs. Post 30 my health has had its ups and downs. 2years back i suffered from severe insomnia. Wasn’t able to sleep properly for about 2yrs and that took a toll on my health. I eventually got severely anaemic and my blood count went down to 6.4. I became extremely weak and wasn’t even able to do my daily chores without getting tired. As a result, i put on a lot of weight since i was just sitting at home the whole day not being able to workout atall. This year i finally got my haemoglobin back to normal and decided to concentrate on my physical health. I started with yoga, walks and Badminton one by one and finally last week i joined a gym. We all know how important strength training is and it’s never too late to do the right thing for yourself. Afterall #healthiswealth 😉 so here i am sharing my story, so some of u can feel motivated and start your fitness journey as well 💪 let’s get fit/healthy together ❤️
