This morning I had the pleasure of volunteering with @bigissueuk on a van run, distributing magazines and meeting vendors. Do purchase a weekly magazine this Christmas time! It’s a brilliant read, often strikes up inspiring conversation, and supports vendors working hard to earn a legitimate income: buying the Christmas special editions for £2.50 and selling them on for £5. If you can’t get to a vendor, vendor support kits are available on The Big Issue’s website for £35.00 which provide vendors the tools and training they need to take the steps to move out of poverty for good. ♥️📚

didn’t want my broken bed to go to waste. Took it apart water-treated the slats and working on planters. Making it up as I go along realizing how much is possible with scrap wood 🪵🫶I recently fixed my garden gate with wood hardener a bit of sawing and new brackets, sometimes all things need is some love a vision and a fixtures spruce🛠️🪚🩷 #girlDIY
