What a beautiful thing to have built a business that makes all decisions through the lens of celebrating the joy and the diversity of Black Beauty; where the beauty needs of Black people are prioritized, seen and celebrated and that makes safe & effective products that work for our hair. I mean if you had told the teenage me who was fighting with her hair every day that I was going to be here, she would have laughed in your face! As I look back over the last 5 years, I am utterly amazed at what my team and I have created. At the heart of it, I am indebted to our community for making space in their showers & on their counters for PATTERN. Thank you, we appreciate you, we cherish you.
