Willa Fitzgerald Instagram – Judging by how the world has gone absolutely bonkers for Strange Darling, I highly recommend that you get tickets ASAP to one of these screenings of Strange Darling on Dec 4th & 5th. The New Beverly only plays movies on 35mm prints and it’s the best community of movie goers on Planet Earth. I’ve seen the movie at least a dozen times and I’ll be there for sure. It’s master, master, master class level filmmaking from @obeygiant art work, to @zeezerizer soundtrack, the Chris Bell’s editing, the performances of Barbara Hershey, Ed Begley, @kylegface and @willafitz should be in Oscar packages for decades, Giovanni Ribisi’s cinematography and then JT Mollner’s writing and direction…. are the reason that everyone in Hollywood is standing in line to back up the Brinks truck for him right now. All of these categories are Oscar Worthy. This movie should have a dozen Oscar nominations. It’s the best movie I’ve seen this year by a country mile.
