When the guys from @molchatdomaband told me they wanted to film a live performance in front of the iconic brutalist Panorama Hotel in Slovakia, I immediately said, “I have to make this happen.” (For those who don’t know, this hotel is featured on the cover of their album that includes their most recognizable track, Судно.) This shoot was truly legendary for me. I’ve always been fascinated by brutalist aesthetics, and Молчат Дома’s music feels like the perfect match for this setting. And we were super lucky with the first snow and the fog. My goal was to give each song its own unique look and mood while capturing the magic of this iconic location. (Thank you @michaelaklanicova.)
