I can honestly say that 2024 was the best year of my life 🥹🤍 it had its ups and downs, but overall, 2024 was everything I have dreamed of life being and more 🤍

Pilates parties are the only parties for me 🧘🏼‍♀️🎀 not only did i get to celebrate one of my favorite girlies two days in a row, I got to spend her bday with a group of women who I’ve grown so close to. I know yall are probably so sick of my constant pilates content, but it’s been such a life changing thing for me. It’s more than a workout, (which i neveerrrrr liked working out lol) it’s become a community and so good for my mental health. I’ve grown so close to so many of my pilates girls, some aren’t in this post, but the sisterhood and the support within is honestly wild. I’ve never had many adult friendships and always thought of most of my friendships as somewhat work related, but when we had to evacuate our house- every single one of my pilates friends offered us to stay with them, one kept Winnie for a week, they offered clothes, food, classes without electricity and more. it’s the small things but it really made me realize I do actually have a community of badass women around me and I feel so empowered in my life (despite the govt trying to come for our rights but that’s a different rant for a different post) have you found it hard to make friends as an adult? try pilates! lol. But seriously, how do grown ups make friends? how is your week so far? I’m sooo ready for January to be overrrrr. how are you feeling? tell me all the things 🎀🤍🩷
