Don’t Give Up! A Glimpse at the Holiday Season We Said “Yes” to Donor Conception. I used to time IVF transfers around the possibility of a holiday pregnancy announcement, hoping each year would be the one. And every year, it was the same: I’d put on my best “brave face” while listening to strangers share stories about a “friend of a friend,” who got pregnant with twins naturally after IVF. And of course, they’d follow it up with, “Don’t give up!” I’d smile, nod & internally scream as I made my way to the nearest escape, usually the bar or food table. Morrison and I spend so much time at our public library! We’ve been going a couple times a week, since he was a baby. From story time, to magic shows, to rock climbing walls; the library offers a place to explore, dream and live in your imagination!
