Thailand has been an incredible start to the year for me so far . We booked a one way flight and who knows when we will return . I have been to the gym everyday , ate mindfully , swam in the sea at 7am every morning without taking my phone to the beach .Mediated and Just generally been happy and blissful in the sunshine . I’m really happy and I hope everyone else is having a special start to the year too . Posting these pics because my insta feed looks so picture perfect but reality is I’m more no makeup with beach hair just enjoying my time 🇹🇭🌴🥥🪐 we have changed resorts every couple of days and locations so we get to see everywhere .
